Transaction cancellation and refund

Right to cancel a transaction

The user may cancel a transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Transaction Cancellation Regulations, 5771-2010, subject to the conditions detailed below.
These are distance selling transactions as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, and therefore the provisions of the law and regulations will apply in full.


Cancellation deadlines

A. When purchasing a product – the transaction can be canceled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of transaction confirmation, whichever is later.
B. When purchasing a service – cancellation is possible within 14 days from the date of the transaction, provided that the service was not actually provided.
C. A senior citizen, new immigrant or person with a disability – may cancel a transaction within 4 months in a transaction that was not made in a face-to-face meeting, subject to a declaration according to the law.

The responsibility for ensuring that the message arrives lies solely with the user.


Refund

To the extent that the cancellation was carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law, the user will be entitled to a full refund, including shipping costs (if paid), within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice and provided that the product was actually returned in accordance with the above conditions.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used to make the transaction.


Product return

The user must return the product when it is new, unopened, in its original packaging and unused.
Damage to the product or its packaging may result in a charge for depreciation.
The cost of returning the product will be borne by the user , unless the cancellation is due to a defect, incompatibility or breach on the part of the supplier.


Non-cancellable products

According to the law, a transaction cannot be canceled for products of the following types:

  • Products manufactured specifically for the consumer.

  • Lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics, nutritional supplements, food and medicines.

  • Products whose packaging has been opened and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

  • Services actually provided with the consumer's consent.


Transaction freeze and clarification

Upon receipt of the cancellation notice, the site will freeze the transaction for 14 days for clarification between the user and the supplier.
At the end of the period, the site will operate in accordance with legal advice as required.


Legal clarification

A cancellation notice delivered to the supplier alone will not be sufficient - the notice must also be sent to the website via the media listed above.
