Exchanges and returns
For your convenience, an exchange and return policy is attached:

By courier to your home via Saxo and by prior arrangement – product returns will cost 30 NIS.
By paying cash to the courier, the cost of exchange or return is 40 NIS.

Exchanging items by coordinating transportation in advance with the company offices. Instructions:
If you are interested in exchanging an item(s) for any reason, you can coordinate in advance with customer service by phone or WhatsApp, attaching the purchase invoice received by email/text, and make an exchange or receive a refund in accordance with the regulations.
1. Only unused items, in their original packaging, with the label attached to the item, can be returned – within 14 days of receipt.
2. Refunds will be made by crediting the credit card used to make the transaction, within 21 business days from the date of receipt of the item that the customer requested to be returned to the company.
3. No credit/refund will be given for items for which no monetary consideration was paid, such as promotions or gifts or paid via credit.
4. Any refund will be deducted at the rate of 5% of the value of the item(s) or NIS 100, whichever is less, in accordance with the Distance Selling Transaction Law.
5. Products purchased as part of a sale or at the end of a season can be returned within 7 days of receiving them at the branches or by courier. (If you choose a courier, you must inform us within this time frame.) No refund will be given for them, but an exchange for another item, or credit for a purchase on the site, without a validity limit.
6. In the event that the return/exchange was made due to a defect and approved by customer service, no additional payment will be charged for shipping and no additional amount will be deducted from the value of the item.
7. Some Direct cards cannot be credited, therefore Direct card holders are only entitled to receive credit on the site if the credit transaction is not approved.
8. If the customer chooses to receive a financial credit for using the site (credit) - the value of the credit will be equal to the original amount paid - without deduction.
9. It will not be possible to exchange/return clothes that have been washed or used in any way. For any questions, you can contact our customer service by phone or WhatsApp. Customer service center operating hours: Sun-Thu 10:00-16:00
10. If you want to exchange a product, there are two options:
A. Sending the product via registered mail to the company address and in advance with customer service.
B. We will send a courier to your home to take the product to the company offices at a cost of 60 NIS.
