Product warranty

Responsibility for the quality of the products applies to the supplier from whom the product was actually purchased. The site serves as a platform for mediation between the user and the supplier, and is not responsible for the quality of the product, its durability, or its suitability for the user's needs.

In the event of a product defect, non-conformity to the description, or any other problem - the user must contact the supplier directly for a response, repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with that supplier's warranty policy.
The site is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may be caused to the user as a result of using the product, including physical, property or financial damages.
It is clarified that the information on the site does not constitute a commitment on the part of the site that the products will be delivered on the dates provided, or that they will correspond exactly to the images and descriptions on the site, and the responsibility for this applies solely to the supplier.
In the event of a dispute between the user and the provider, the site will provide, as necessary, the contact details with the provider, but will not be responsible for resolving the dispute.
